About us.
Roseville offers 39 comfortable fully-furnished, private bedrooms, including separate male and female wings. All rooms are furnished with a desk and chair, small fridge, wardrobe and drawers. For your comfort, Roseville is an alcohol, smoke and vape free environment. Rates include all utilities, including discounted Wi-Fi packages for stays of over 12 weeks.
Facilities.
Cook up a storm in our shared, well-equipped kitchen. Relax in the lounge and movie room. Enjoy time out on our sunny outdoor area or whip up a BBQ on the back deck. Spaces for study and working from home are available on the ground floor.
